We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. In the unlikely event of needing to return a product, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt of product. We will then give you a reference number and returns address.
Any returned product must be undamaged and unmarked and still in its original packaging. Once we have received the product and it has been inspected, we will issue a refund where appropriate. We hope you understand that face masks and eye pillows are non-returnable.
As we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns so the cost of returning the item must be arranged by yourself and you will need to retain proof of purchase. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. If an item is faulty, we will refund the cost of postage.
Any product sold as part of a set must be returned as a complete set as we cannot accept individual items.
