Delivery & Returns
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, (excluding weekends and bank holidays), to arrive with UK customers within 3-5 working days. Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions or during busy seasons delivery times may be extended. If you haven’t received your product within the stated timeframe, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We use Royal Mail 1st class and currently deliver to the UK only. For any international orders please contact email@example.com to discuss postage cost and options.
Costs are as follows:
£1.95 for orders under £20
£4.95 for orders over £20 (all orders over £50 will need to be signed for)
Free postage for collection from Head Office, Haslemere. Please email to arrange a convenient time
We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. In the unlikely event of needing to return a product, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt of product. We will then give you a reference number and returns address.
Any returned product must be undamaged and unmarked and still in its original unopened packaging. Once we have received the product and it has been inspected, we will issue a refund where appropriate. We hope you understand that face masks and eye pillows are non-returnable.
As we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns so the cost of returning the item must be arranged by yourself and you will need to retain proof of purchase. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. If an item is faulty, we will refund the cost of postage.
Any product sold as part of a set must be returned as a complete set as we cannot accept individual items.
